Vermont Releases RFP for the Development of Vermont Health Care Uniform Reporting and Evaluation System (VHCURES) Public Use File
Vermont's Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to evaluate, design, and develop a Vermont Health Care Uniform Reporting and Evaluation System (VHCURES) Public Use File, including conducting an "Expert Determination" to certify that the Public Use File complies with the security and privacy standards set forth in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule.
Questions regarding the proposal are due to the GMCB by July 5th and proposals are due July 18th. Additional information, including the RFP, are available at http://gmcboard.vermont.gov/publication/rfps-contracts-grants/rfp
