The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical leader and policy analyst (superior writing and presentation skills) responsible for working with the Director of the Center for Analysis and Information Systems to plan and manage a series of special policy projects and research, including but not limited to using the All-Payer Claims Database (APCD), which is used to support provider measurement on cost and quality and empirical policies analyses needed by Maryland policymakers.
