Today CIVHC will released price information for nearly 40 different health care services, including an update of the imaging price information , via their Shop for Care tool. Exciting new information including high dollar knee/hip replacements, births, etc. based on “all-in” episode payments (before, during and after the service), which they have never released before! Episode prices give consumers a much better idea of the total cost they might pay between all bills they would get from the various aspects of their care – the hospital, outpatient facility, doctor, pharmacy, etc
