Manager of Hospital Data Compliance
Want to use your case mix data skills on the cutting edge of health care reform?
Reporting to the Director of Data Compliance and Support, the Manager of Hospital Data Compliance oversees collection of discharge-level data for one of the Center’s key data assets – the Hospital Case Mix files. The Manager of Hospital Data Compliance works closely with the Director to develop and implement policies and procedures surrounding data collection to ensure the quality and timeliness of data. S/he supervises a staff of data liaisons and is responsible for the day to day work with the providers to ensure accurate and timely submission of data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in health policy or health services research, public health, or related field
- Work experience with acute hospital encounter data
- Managing customer support functions in the context of health care data and/or billing operations
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and SQL queries
- Experience with project/timeline management
