Issue brief for the all-payer claims database conference |
The objectives for the conference were to offer an opportunity for the states to have an interactive dialogue on the subject of establishing all-payer claims databases, to begin to harmonize the various state efforts, and to enable the states in the planning phase to return with an understanding of applications and uses so that they can make a business case to the decisionmakers in their state.
