Statistical Analyst Health Care
The PA Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4), an independent State Agency for health care cost and quality research, is seeking a statistical analyst in the Harrisburg area. PHC4 has attained national and international recognition for its work to improve quality and efficiency in health care. This position offers an opportunity to improve health care in Pennsylvania through analysis of hospital and insurer data, and a competitive salary with excellent benefits.
A bachelor degree is required, masters preferred. Position requires knowledge of SAS software and appropriate uses of statistical significance tests. Knowledge of SQL, advanced statistical techniques such as regression analysis and ANOVA, or technical reporting software, is a plus. An advanced degree and considerable experience with SAS and statistical analysis are necessary for a higher-level position.
